Communicating what makes a space special can be a challenge for many people and bringing those ideas into a cohesive and developed design is one of the many ways we can help our clients realize what they want and my struggle communicating.

Lines on paper or scribbles in a notebook are one thing but being able to see and experience your project is another way we can help our client. From simple massing models, lighting studies, 3D flyovers and virtual reality experiences, Swakon Design can help our clients understand and feel their projects before time and cost commitments of actual construction.
DOCUMENT
Sometimes knowing what you want to do isn’t enough, and documenting that is the key to success beyond a design. At Swakon Design we can provide full architectural permit documents for any of our clients design projects. We work with our teams of engineers to create a coordinated set of documents that saves our clients time in permitting and cost during construction.

Contemporary single family residence in Miami-Dade County that incorporates lots of wood, metal and glass. Flat roofs with large overhangs make for an engaging connections between inside and outside.
Entry Fence Design - Coconut Grove
The addition of a new contemporary wood privacy fence along with a canopy structure both provided the privacy needed and offered a welcoming covered point of entry to the property
Single Family Residence - Pinecrest
This new construction property was developed from the ground up to suit the needs of the client. The home featured 6 bedrooms 7.5 bathrooms. The exterior is intended to invoke an updated idea of Florida styles.
Single Family Residence - Pinecrest
New Construction concept for a single family residence in Pinecrest. The design included numerous sloping rooflines against grounded natural elements and a strong connection between the interior entertaining spaces and a vast covered rear patio and pool deck.
Addition - Coral Gables
An Addition to a small Coral Gables residence that included a new master suite and patio. The expansion of the roof deck, trellis and swimming pool created extensive entertaining spaces on a tight lot.
